Cole brings professional playing experience and a proven track record at the highest levels of the game. A 2020 graduate of Plano Senior High School, he left high school ranked as the No. 2 shortstop in Texas before playing three seasons at Auburn University. At Auburn, he earned SEC All-Tournament and NCAA All-Regional honors in 2022, and was named a semifinalist for the Brooks Wallace Award, given to the nation’s top collegiate shortstop, during his junior season.
In 2023, the San Francisco Giants selected Cole in the third round (85th overall) of the MLB Draft. He spent three seasons in the Giants organization before playing independent professional baseball in 2026. Today he draws on that experience to help the next generation of players develop the skills, habits, and mindset it takes to compete at the next level.
