Ashton Hicks is a highly accomplished track & field athlete and Speed & Agility Specialist who competed at both Oklahoma State University and LSU.
A decorated collegiate athlete, Ashton is a 2x Big 12 Champion, 8x All-American, and 2x SEC Champion, and has competed at the USA Olympic Trials.
Drawing from years of elite-level competition and training, Ashton brings a wealth of experience in speed development, agility, explosiveness, and athletic performance – helping athletes become faster, stronger, and more confident in their movement.
